Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Magspy website and subscription service operated by Crossan Systems Ltd, 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

About the service
Magspy is an online company search and business information service for consumers. It provides search, filter, review and export tools over structured company datasets and derived signals.
The service is supplied on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract. If you open an account, you must keep your information accurate and your login credentials secure.
Paid access is sold on a monthly subscription basis. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled before the next renewal date.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, automate, republish, resell or bulk extract platform content unless we expressly permit it.
- Do not use the service to train or evaluate machine learning models without written permission.
- Do not interfere with the service, bypass controls, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Data quality and no advice
We aim to refresh core datasets daily, but we do not guarantee that any result, score, export or record is complete, current, uninterrupted, or accurate for your specific purpose.
The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, credit, insurance, sanctions or other professional advice. You must independently verify important information before relying on it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Where permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected service in the 12 months before the relevant event, or 100 pounds sterling if higher.
