Data Use and Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains how you may use Magspy and where we draw the line on scraping, resale, automation and reliance on the data.
Effective date: 26 April 2026
Permitted use
You may use the service for your own lawful internal research, prospecting, analysis and due diligence, subject to your subscription plan and the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for how you use, store and share any exported data, including compliance with applicable laws, confidentiality duties and third-party rights.
Prohibited use
- No automated scraping, crawling, bulk extraction or attempts to bypass limits or technical controls.
- No resale, republication, sublicensing, redistribution or commercial exploitation of platform content or exported data without permission.
- No building, supplementing, validating, benchmarking or operating a competing dataset, database, model, product or service, and no attempts to recreate Magspy's database, enrichment layer or scoring logic.
- No use of platform content to train or evaluate AI or machine learning systems without written permission.
- No reverse engineering or attempts to infer the composition, weighting, methodology, source mapping or logic of Magspy's proprietary derived signals, scores or classifications.
- No removal of provenance, attribution or legal notices, including Open Government Licence notices where supplied.
Data freshness and verification
We aim to refresh core data daily, but daily refresh does not mean real-time, complete or error-free updates.
You must not rely solely on Magspy for credit, lending, insurance, sanctions, AML, KYC, legal compliance certification, employment, investment or other decisions that require independent verification.
The service must not be used as the sole basis for credit, investment, compliance, sanctions or other regulated decisions.
