Data Use and Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains how you may use Magspy and where we draw the line on scraping, resale, automation and reliance on the data.

Effective date: 24 April 2026

Permitted use

You may use the service for your own lawful internal research, prospecting, analysis and due diligence, subject to your subscription plan and the Terms of Service.

Prohibited use

  • No automated scraping, crawling, bulk extraction or attempts to bypass limits or technical controls.
  • No resale, republication, sublicensing or derivative datasets built from platform content without permission.
  • No use of platform content to train or evaluate AI or machine learning systems without written permission.

Daily refresh and verification

We aim to refresh core data daily, but daily refresh does not mean real-time, complete or error-free updates.

You must not rely solely on Magspy for lending, sanctions, AML, KYC, employment, investment or other decisions that require independent verification.
