Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds
Magspy currently sells monthly subscriptions. This page explains billing, renewal, cancellation, cooling-off rights and refunds.

Billing model
Paid plans are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges using your selected payment method, together with any taxes and other clearly disclosed charges shown at checkout.
Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period.
Auto-renewal
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation usually prevents future charges and lets you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at support@magspy.app.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
If you ask us to begin supplying digital services during the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed or begun with your consent.
Refunds
Except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable and we do not normally provide pro-rata refunds for unused time, mid-cycle cancellation, downgrade during an active billing period, or missed cancellation before renewal.
This includes renewals that occur before cancellation is made.
No refund is due for suspension or termination caused by breach of the Terms of Service or misuse of the platform, except where required by law.
We may still consider refunds or credits for duplicate billing, obvious billing error, or exceptional outages where appropriate or legally required.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing period.
